In every weekend by daybreak, the tireless effort given by the Roosevelt high school senior makes our lives a whole hell of a lot easier. So cheers to Nico, and next time you’re in for lunch make sure to give him a wave!” - BrianBrian is our Sous Chef at JuneBaby. He is a Seattle native that enjoys eating and cooking southern food. Brian is a genuinely amazing individual and worked his way grinding on the line to now leading our kitchen team.
