Every Thursday, we celebrate Adult Culinary graduation with Guest Chef Night dinner. A local chef works with students to create a three course dinner. Volunteers provide the service and all proceeds support our mission.This week, Chef David Nichols of Eight Row brought an excellent menu of smoked musslels escabeche, braised shortribs and arroz con leche and groups from Tableau Software and Catalyst Workplace Activation volunteered.Thank you to everyone who supports Guest Chef Night and our students! ...
