My daughter's family and friends are helping out a small family-owned donut shop by taking orders and delivering. Thousands of donuts have been enjoyed throughout Seattle because folks reached out to neighbors and friends to help others. Everyone feels better....and the donuts are delicious!! 😋

There is something you can do better Ms Mayor, City of Seattle is not conducting necessary inspection for Construction projects Gov Inslee allowed 6 days ago.. Their explanation is the y are waiting for "clarification and guidance from Governor's office". (www.seattle.gov/sdci) Really? Do they not get they are roadblocks for thousands of worker and families?

What people getting $600 more on unemployment than working shows is that the bosses should raise the wages more than $600 instead of keeping their workers in poverty. Workers should not be treated as serfs...all the free abuse you want victims.

You’re so busy patting yourself on the back that you’ll get a sore arm. A successful mayor wouldn’t have a city where police officers train here and leave.

As long as you allow and mismanage the thousands of wandering infected homeless people spreading the virus all over the city and neighborhoods everyday, you support the spread of this infection and partially responsible for further deaths.

It must be a breath of relief for City, Mayor, Council, all those pesky citizens, vanished!

Stop this insane SCC wanting to tax us to death!

Here’s an idea: Amazon & Boeing aren’t paying any taxes. Tax them to raise money to bailout the small businesses.

I sure miss this guy.

How can anyone believe you care about small businesses?

DEFUND SPD NOW

TAX AMAZON

POS!

Hopefully they can hang onto to those dollars to pay the Sawant Tax.

you have never cared about small businesses, you have forced them to endure poop, needles, tents, crime and RV's! Not once have you attempted to get the criminals off the streets. Worst Mayor we have ever had you ruined our city!

You had over 9,000 businesses apply for help and only 250 got help out of 9,000! You haven't done shit to help the rest of them. You're a fucking liar!

Seattle is disgusting. Lived there for 3 years, couldn't wait to leave. The streets are full of needless and piles of human feces. Clean up your city, it's disgusting!!!!

Fuck you Jenny Durkan. You’re absolute garbage.

Huh. The outdoor restaurant seating I've seen has not been at the 50% capacity but every table full with people within feet of each other. How is that safe? You have to take masks off to eat. Covid cases are going UP not down. Now they can increase capacity when no one is even minding what the restaurants and other businesses are doing. Picked up take out tonight in a shop you have to go inside to get to the counter and no one at the counter was wearing a mask, the indoor area was crowded so you had to move through people closely and only half of those folks had masks. Until there is serious compliance with masking and with operating a business within safe parameters I won't be "opening up" anymore than I have for the last few months. It's ludicrous to give the illusion that all is getting so much better when it is not.

No vaccine = not ready. Period.

Does KC or WA have the contact tracing capacity experts believe are needed for KC to safely do this? I legit don’t know the answer to that and am curious

Can you explain why the police in King County are not required to wear masks?

But..., if you want to riot in the streets, there is no capacity. All encouraged by the Socialist Democrat Party.

It pleases the crown, this is good, right.

Christy Smith-Thomas

Yikes, it is too soon for this.

Time to recall council members.

Y'all go ahead and start without me.

What do citizens need to do to protect their lives!??? Kill or be killed by policeman here too! Belleview Police Department

Officer William Dowsing Badge #548 pulled this black woman over. And THIS is what happened. Her son had to stand by and film. He feared he’d be killed if he tried to help his mom. She was pulled over because her new vehicle hadn’t been transferred to her name yet. She called for help, she screamed for her husband who was nearby. Her cries were ignored. Officer William Dowsing is still in active duty. And here’s what you can do to help this BLACK woman! Please email. Public Information Officer Contact: Meeghan Black Email: bellevuepd@bellevuewa.gov Office of Accountability Contact: Kevin Masseth Email: bpdaccountability@bellevuewa.gov And demand Justice!
